Each piece is crafted with love using high-quality, hypoallergenic-minded materials — perfect for everyday sparkle! ✨ However, we do recommend that customers with sensitive skin stick to pieces made with stainless steel whenever possible.
While we prioritize skin-friendly materials, we do not consider our items completely nickel-free, as the base metals may carry trace amounts of nickel. You can find detailed material info on each product page under the “Details” section!
How should I store and care for my jewelry?
When it comes to jewelry, a little care goes a long way! While our jewelry is water-resistant, it’s plated — so prolonged exposure to water and moisture can cause oxidation over time. To keep your pieces shining, avoid water, lotions, perfumes, and alcohol-based products.
Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place, preferably in a pouch or jewelry box.
Pearls are extra delicate — keep them away from chemicals and avoid wearing them in water to preserve their natural beauty.
Can I join a waitlist if an item is out of stock?
Yes! If an item is sold out but coming back soon, you can join the waitlist by visiting the product page and clicking “Notify Me When Available.” We’ll send you an email as soon as it’s back so you don’t miss out!
Can you help me with an issue on my order?

How can I track my order?
Tracking numbers are automatically sent via email once your order is packed! After the courier picks up and scans your package, the tracking number will provide details about your order. Please note that it may take a few hours for the information to update, and if your order was packed over the weekend, it will be updated on the next business day.
